The design-creation office always offers certain criteria in terms of functionality and aesthetics, that’s why architects always uphold the design in their own office. Based on the landscape elements of the COMPLEX 01 complex with the Industrial architectural style and the story of the complex in the past, the Union Printing Factory, so what the architect wants to aim for is the design spirit – industrial/aesthetic functions; at the same time, sending the message through its own office design is the contrast according to the current social rhythm.

The perfect contrast to the rough brick walls, the shaggy concrete ceilings are the straight and shiny details of the M&E system, arranged with a calculated proportion as well as the selection of zinc pipe materials, the “industrial” electrical switch system, along with the layout of high-class interior materials and the brand’s orange tone are also prominent points.

Brand-oriented colors (black and orange) match a lot with the overall office space. The team has taken full advantage of the existing condition of the Complex 01 complex. The system of cabinets and shelves is also calculated with steel and wood materials. Because it is a design office, the display of sample materials for research is also very important, serving the daily study of architects/designers.

Design highlights in Indust office space:

• Floating electromechanical system, with a calculated orderly arrangement and typical Industrial style.
• Pantry/meeting area with flying design and dimmable integrated turntable white lighting system. The integrated design of a stainless steel washbasin with a special faucet concept so that this area is not exposed to office space (because it avoids showing off as a cooking area but still fully meets the needs of the cooking-washing function).
• The workingspace is also positioned to have the best interaction between team members, the lighting system is also specifically designed in terms of power and color to achieve comfort when working at long hours. long time.
• The system of steel and glass windows and doors is also a synchronism of design language.
